Scope of Project: Includes but is not limited to increasing 3500LF of an existing wastewater line to 18 inches from the intersection of West San Antonio and Pitt St. There are three bores proposed with this project, one of which will be crossing the Union Pacific Railroad ROW. Also, a portion of the Bishop Street Improvements Storm Drain Outfall has been added to install on 8'x8' RBCs storm drain from the intersection of West San Antonio and Olive St. to the proposed outfall at Purgatory Creek. The estimated construction cost is $2,013,376. Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bidder's bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted. Award is scheduled for the January 3, 2023, City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. or any subsequent time unless otherwise rescheduled.
