Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in David City, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the addition of a 800-square-foot municipal facility.
Improvements to the existing water treatment plant, including, but not limited to; rehabilitation of the existing aerators, demolition of the existing solids contact unit and lime feed system, conversion of the existing recarbonation basin into a chemical contact and mixing tank, rehabilitation of the existing gravity filters, construction of a new, two-bank Reverse Osmosis (RO) treatment system in the existing garage bay with an approximate 800 square foot building expansion to the existing garage, construction of a new approximately 75,000-gallon concrete intermediate clearwell and pump room, existing clearwell improvements, backwash water tank improvements, chemical feed system improvements, electrical improvements, control system improvements, misc. building improvements, misc. piping and valve modifications.
