This project includes all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct the following: The removal and replacement of approximately 9,000 SQFT of concrete walks, approximately 950 FT of concrete curb and gutter, remove and install 4 new Concrete Inlets and approximately 25 SQYD of valley gutter including ADA ramps; meet ADA standards; work zone traffic control; and other miscellaneous work Bids must be accompanied by a certified check equivalent to 10% of the proposal payable to the City of Medford, to guarantee that if a proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance secured. A Bid Bond to like effect and amount with a corporate surety will be acceptable for this project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
