This project includes all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct the following: The removal and replacement of approximately 9,000 SQFT of concrete walks, approximately 950 FT of concrete curb and gutter, remove and install 4 new Concrete Inlets and approximately 25 SQYD of valley gutter including ADA ramps; meet ADA standards; work zone traffic control; and other miscellaneous work Bids must be accompanied by a certified check equivalent to 10% of the proposal payable to the City of Medford, to guarantee that if a proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance secured. A Bid Bond to like effect and amount with a corporate surety will be acceptable for this project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. 2. Construct new concrete sidewalks and curb and gutter including ADA compliant

3. In accordance to pedestrian disruption limitations as stated on TM844.
4. Removal of existing Inlets and construct new Inlets.
5. Removal of existing storm sewer pipe and replace storm sewer pipe.
