Renovation of a multi-residential development in Stamford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11-story above grade multi-residential development.

AS of May 17, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on May 29, 2023. A formal selection is pending. The following companies submitted bids: •East Coast Wall Systems LLC •New York Stucco & General Construction LLC •TDR Interiors with Finish Contractors LLC Sealed bids will be received by Clinton Manor LLC for the removal and replacement of the existing Exterior Insulated Finishing System (EIFS) on the East and West facades of the existing residential building known as Clinton Manor. The North and South facades of the building were replaced in 2013 and shall remain in place and receive a new finish coat. Some areas may require patch and repair to the existing substate, and insulation board of the previously replaced area as required to support new resurfacing work. Clinton Manor is an existing 88 unit, 11 story building built 1976 in site located at 22 Clinton Avenue, Stamford, CT. Floors 3 through 11 are occupied by senior (ages +55) residents while floors 1 and 2 serve as the offices for Charter Oak Communities. The building will remain occupied by residents and office workers during the period of the EIFS work. Bidder's requests for interpretation will be received by the architect no later than Wednesday, March 15th, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. All procurement decisions shall be at the sole discretion of Charter Oak Communities.
