This document shall serve to provide interested parties with specific information as to the procedures for selection of Asbestos Consulting, Civil Engineers, Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, Environmental Engineering/Ecological Consultants, Geotechnical/Soil Material Testing, Ground Penetrating Radar, Land Planners, Moisture Control, Plan Review/Permits & Inspections Services, Real Estate Appraisers, Roofing Consultants, Structural Engineers, Test & Balance (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider")where the method of compensation is a Negotiated Fee for THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA pursuant to Florida Statute (F.S.) 287.055, Florida laws, Florida Administrative Rule Chapter 6A-2.0010 in Section 4.1 (commonly referred to as State Requirements for Educational Facilities or SREF), and School Board Policy 6320. The School Board of Manatee County Florida (hereinafter referred to as the "Board") will consider the contracting of a Provider under a Continuing Contract where the firm provides professional services to the agency for projects in which the estimated construction cost of each individual project under the contract does not exceed $4 million, or for study activity if the fee for professional services for each individual study under the contract does not exceed $500,000 as per Section 287.055 (1)(g) F.S.
