Shop Re-Sidning Project 8S178 The Contractor and Subcontractor shall furnish to the Contracting Authority and the Project Owner all payrolls, of all workers on the project, via E-mail as attachments, to the appropriate E-mail address: prevailingwage.dnr@state.mn.us The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for: Re-side the Region 1 Headquarters shop in a like manner with regard to Board and Batten siding, trim, soffit and fascia. All responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal. No e-mail or faxed responses will be accepted. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project. Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State. The State reserves the right to reject a response if the responder fails to provide the State adequate documentation of any required license.
