Renovation of a mixed-use development in Littleton, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and retail development.
Question Deadline 11/01/2022 at 2:00 PM MT REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS: The ACC Facilities Department is seeking bids for the installation of an Interior Floor Coating System for the ACC Auto Shop Bays Classrooms. Preparation of flooring is to remove existing coatings and sealer, by floor grinding to profile concrete. Two coats of High Performance Polyaspartic Floor Coating, color (TBD). Full Broadcast Vinyl Flakes, color (TBD), followed by a Polyaspartic Clear Sealer. Bid must include coatings for integrated cove base throughout shop bays. Bid must include cost for striping 750 linear feet, for shop safety requirements. Bid must include a 5-year commercial warranty on product and labor. The bid response must be all inclusive (materials, labor, trip and any other charges related to the project. New Flooring System to be installed at listed location(below) Annex: A1810 Annex: A1850 Repair walls to original condition if needed: Paint will be provided by ACC facilities department. Section III Vendor Qualifications o 8 years of experience installing floor coatings. o 8 years preforming Service and Installation similar in size and scope o Vendor will be required to submit references for up to 3 previous projects Project Awarded to Nannaning Enterprise / DBA Mile High Coatings
