Include with bid package a copy having $1,000,000.00 in General Liability Insurance. The City of Bridgeport reserves the right to: Reject any and all bids in whole or in part or to waive any informality in bidding if it is determined to be in the best interest of the City of Bridgeport. Reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to decline to make an award. Make awards not based solely on low bid when time is a critical factor. Award of a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible vendor (s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the City of Bridgeport, cost, price, and other factors specified elsewhere in this solicitation, considered under a Best Value analysis as provided by the City Ordinance.
