Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Bismarck is soliciting bids for a new skidded polymer batching system to replace the existing polymer batching system. Each bid shall be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a bidder's bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid and executed as provided by law. If you wish to appear virtually at the bid opening, please send your email address to hbalzum@bismarcknd.gov no later than 3:00 p.m. on the bid opening day. We will arrange a video bid opening for you to see and hear as the bids are opened If a bid is to be faxed, the bid must be sent to a bidder's agent independent of the City of Bismarck, placed in a sealed envelope, labeled according to this specification, and delivered to the office of the City Administrator prior to the bid deadline. A certified check of the bidder or a bidder's bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the gross sum bid must accompany each proposal. Checks or bonds of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned to them after making the award. All bidders are invited to be present at the opening of the proposals. The right is reserved to hold all bids for a period of forty-five (45) days, to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be determined to be for the best interest of the City of Bismarck.
