Renovation of a municipal facility in Bailey, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,270-square-foot municipal facility.
The Town of Bailey is soliciting bids for the renovation of the Town Hall roof located at 6217 Main Street in Bailey. Note the following requirements: Bidders must be bonded and insured. Bidders must be responsible for all job safety. The awarded contractor must provide copies of their bond and insurance policies to the Town before work begins. This project consists of about 7,270 square feet of commercial roof that needs to be renovated. The Town of Bailey reserves the right to accept and reject any and all bids, to add or delete items, and to award contract(s) as it deems to be in the Town s best interest. The Town is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Town reserves the right to discontinue services if performance is unsatisfactory.
