At low-slope/existing single ply membrane roof assemblies areas remove existing roof assemblies down to corresponding roof decks, furnish and install a new 60-mil PVC membrane roof replacement, fully adhered over new gypsum coverboard, set in low-rise foam adhesive over new tapered and flat rigid insulation, set in low-rise foam adhesive over new self-adhered vapor retarder, fully adhered over primed substrate board, mechanically fastened over existing structural decks as shown and specified in design documents. At all low-slope/existing single ply membrane roof assemblies areas furnish and install new PVC flashings and sheet metal (fascia metal, parapet cap, counter flashings, roof jacks, etc.) as shown and specified in design documents. The existing roof system on Roof Area M to remain and be recovered with a new fully adhered 60-mil PVC membrane, fully adhered over a gypsum cover board, set in low-rise foam adhesive over new high density rigid insulation, mechanically fastened with screws and plates throug h the existing roof system to the structural deck.
