Description Sharyland High School Main Classroom Building Hvac Upgrades Questions All questions regarding the scope of work must be e-mailed simultaneously to Jesse Salazar, Coordinator of Purchasing at jgsalazar@sharylandisd.org No verbal responses will be provided. Scope of Work Provide all materials and labor associated with complete operational systems. Major items of work include, but are not limited to: a. Remove and dispose of existing HVAC equipment (CHW Air Handlers, DX Split Systems, Chiller, Pump, etc.) as indicated on drawings. b. Where indicated, remove and dispose of existing ductwork. Provide new supply and return air ductwork. c. Provide Air-cooled chiller, pump, air separator, expansion tank, gauges, fittings, valves, hardware, hydronic specialties, and chemical treatment. The chiller shall have a 5-years bumper-to-bumper warranty. d. Provide Hydronic Distribution Systems, including painted, insulated, and jacketed chilled water piping, pipe connections, valves, piping specialties, hot dipped galvanized pipe stanchions, and piping supports, as indicated on piping plans and schematics. e. Provide Hydronic single-path central station outdoor roof-mounted air handling units, roof curbs, duct transitions, piping, control valves, VAV boxes, miscellaneous materials, utilities, and accessories as indicated in the drawings. f. Provide a complete replacement of existing BAS with new ones. Coordinate with the equipment supplier to provide fully integrated and operational controls, including unitary controllers, software, thermostats, sensors, training, etc. g. Provide structural reinforcement of the existing roof as indicated on the structural drawing
