For the Union Public Schools Sewer Line Replacement at High School project Delivery Terms : Free On Board Destination Payment Terms : Net 45 Days 1. Provide a 3" copper forced sewer main starting at the lower-level volleyball gym lift station and ending just inside the building exterior wall on the south side of the PAC hallway that leads to the small theater. See attached document. 2. The existing force main leaks about midway down the hallway. The idea is to route the new line overhead to the end of the hallway and intercept the old line where it leaves the building. 3. The contractor will be expected to locate the existing line from the manhole to where it enters the building. Immediately on the inside the building on the south end of the hallway the contractor can demo out the floor slab and excavate to locate the line. Once the line is located the new line can be installed. 4. Provide all necessary incidental, labor, and material to complete the work. 5. Provide necessary demolition and excavation for locating the line and demolition of concrete.' 6. All backfill shall be compacted. 7. Replace concrete and flooring as required. 8. Allow a seventy-five-hundred-dollar allowance for structural foam fill
