Clay County Utility Authority "CCUA" is seeking letters of interest and statements of qualifications (SOQ) from consultants interested in providing professional services for continuing services associated with planning, study, modeling, hydrogeology investigation, design, permitting, bidding, construction, and post-construction phase services for the project referenced herein. Hydrogeological Groundwater Modeling Water Supply Planning Well and Wellfield sitting, design, and permitting and testing Geophysical Logging Wellhead Design Well Repair, Rehabilitation, and Evaluation Aquifer and Well Performance Testing and Reporting Aquifer Storage and recovery (ASR) wellfield investigations and permitting Consumptive Use and Regulatory Permitting Regulatory Support and Compliance Reporting Representation at Public Meetings and Legal Proceedings Construction and Contract Document Preparation Bidding Assistance Well Construction Monitoring and Testing Other Related Services The goal of this RFQ is to award a single contract to a minimum of two (2) consultants to provide the requested professional services. This will be an exclusive contract for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one year renewal options upon mutual agreement by both Parties.
