Eastern Kentucky University is seeking qualified and professional contractor(s) to provide HVAC services to the University on as-needed basis. Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) is seeking qualified companies to provide HVAC services as needed for the University. Work will include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. EKU seeks a contract resulting from this bid to have an initial term of two (2) years from the award date through November 30, 2024. The contract shall be renewable on an annual basis for up to three (3) consecutive one (1) year renewal periods. The Successful Bidder will be advised of any proposed revisions prior to the renewal period.
