As of December 7, 2022, project was awarded to Homestead Concrete & Drainage, Inc., awarded amount is $103,415.19. The purpose of this Solicitation is to contract for the services necessary for the completion of the project in accordance with the Scope of Services, (EXHIBIT 1,) and the plans and/or specifications, if any, described in this Solicitation (hereinafter referred to as "the Project" or "Project"). The City reserves the right to award the Project to the person with the lowest, most responsive and responsible Proposal, as determined by the City, subject to the right of the City, or the City Commission, to reject any and all proposals, and the right of the City to waive any irregularity in the Proposals or Solicitation procedure and subject also to the right of the City to award the Project, and execute a contract with a Respondent or Respondents, other than to the one who provided the lowest Proposal Price and, if the Scope of the Work is divided into distinct subdivisions, to award each subdivision to a separate Respondent.
