This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Port St Lucie, Florida. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
It is the intent of the City of Port St. Lucie to enter into a fixed unit price contract with one (1) or more qualified Contractor(s) to provide all materials, supplies, labor, permits and equipment necessary to supply Ready Mix Concrete, Fiber Mesh & Flowable Fill. The contract period will be one (1) year with four (4) additional one (1) year renewal periods contingent upon satisfactory service. Price adjustments may be considered at the time of the renewal only and shall be documented with written verification of industry prices increases or decreases. Price(s) will be held for each twelve (12) month period. The City of Port St. Lucie reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any and all informalities or irregularities, to negotiate with any qualified Proposers, and to accept or reject all or any part of any proposal as it may deem to be in the best interest of the citizens of the City. Bid Bond $1,000.00
