Renovation of an educational facility in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work includes, but is not limited to: Replace existing distribution panel and subpanel. Remove two existing transformers and replace with one new larger transformer. Remove existing photovoltaic solar array and provide new 100 KW photovoltaic solar array, inverter, panel, disconnect and net meter. Bid Bond: Each contractor's bid of $150,000.00 or more must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond, equal to 5%of the total Base Bid only, excluding taxes. This Project is not estimated to cost one million dollars or more. If "is" is selected, then this Project is subject to the apprenticeship requirements of RCW 39.04.320. Bidders may contact the Department of Labor & Industries, Apprenticeship Section, to obtain information on available apprenticeship programs.
