Per the owner, as of February 13, 2023, a design team has been selected. The owner states that a general contractor has not been selected. Owner states that construction is anticipated to begin in the spring of 2025. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ……………….. RFQ Design - Rockwell Industrial Park Building. The Port of Anacortes (Port) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consultants to provide architectural design services of an approximately 30,000 square foot steel building to be constructed at the Port's Rockwell Industrial Park property located in Anacortes, WA. It is anticipated that the duration of these services will commence in January 2023 and advance to the project's public work bid opening in early 2025.
