Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Saint-Hubert, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Transformation of the Bourassa Annex Adult Education Center into a preschool education school housing eight classrooms as well as other premises related to this change of vocation (administration, motor skills room, etc.) and construction in summer 2023 of two complexes modular housing about 15 classrooms, multi-purpose blocks and/or palestras, administrative offices and other necessary premises at Antoine-Brossard and Monseigneur-A.-M.-Parent high schools. Note. The project value was preliminary estimated as high as $10,300,000. TIMLINE: The project and award of professional consultants following the Request for proposals OP-ING-091-MOD23 have been put on hold for an indefinite period pending funding and required approvals. It is undetermined now whether the project will proceed. The project will be followed if/when it proceeds to a design state. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
