The Commissioners Court of Angelina County, Texas is currently accepting sealed bids for the purchase of new or used network equipment to replace eight network switches and cables. Angelina County, in accordance with the competitive bidding provisions of the County Purchasing Act, located in Chapter 262 of the Texas Local Government Code, will award the contract to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid as determined by the Angelina County Commissioners Court. Angelina County, in accordance with Section 262.027 of the Local Government Code, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to publish a new notice. Angelina County further reserves the right to waive and disregard any irregularity or informality in the bids or bidding process. No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of thirty (30) days following the day of the bid opening and all bids shall be guaranteed for a period of thirty (30) days following the bid opening. The submission of the bid in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the bidder to all terms and conditions set forth in this notice and contained in the written specifications.
