As of April 3, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The City of Bethlehem encourages women and minority businesses to bid on City jobs. Clarification Deadline 10/28/2022 10:00 Am Under this specification the primary function of the Contractor shall be to provide parts and labor for the installation of Water Meters and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Endpoints. The Contractor will also provide project management, data integration services, and electronic data transfers to the City of Bethlehem's existing Central Square Community Plus 9.1 billing software, and full transparency of project progress as described herein. The majority of the work will occur within the City of Bethlehem's East and Southside, Freemansburg, and Fountain Hill and will be split up by billing zones. Contractor shall furnish 4,000 Sensus IPerl 5/8" x 3/4 " with touchpad and 4,000 Sensus 510M endpoint devices. Contractor shall install 2,500 meters and 2,500 endpoints as well as data integration for same. (The City of Bethlehem will install and integrate 1,500 meters and 1,500 endpoints.) The estimate Value is between $1.5 million and $2 million.
