This project has been awarded to DuoTec. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager Brett Richardson before 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The South Precinct mechanical system is not providing the expected level of air quality and thermal comfort. There are nine units located on two mezzanines. Two of the units located above the locker rooms are the splitsystem type, The other seven are packaged units located on a larger mezzanine. New spit-system units will replace all nine existing units. Interior fan coils will be installed on the mezzanines and heat pumps will be place on exterior concrete pads Access to the large mezzanine shall be improved with the addition of an exterior prefabricated metal stair, rooftop pathway and exterior door. Note: Architects and Engineers Professional Liability insurance is required, for Metal Stairs Design Build, see Section 00 73 16 PAID SICK AND SAFE TIME: Bidders must understand the requirements of SMC 14.16 and RCW 49.46 and demonstrate compliance prior to award. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: All questions must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager Brett Richardson before 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2022
