Legal requirements Certificate from Revenu Quebec or no establishment in Quebec form (ARQ/AEQ) Contract requirements Declaration ISO 9001 certification in forceMandatory Disclosure: Conflict of Interest and Solemn Affirmations Other requirements Mandatory criteria: - Be a qualified supplier for photovoltaic systems; - Have interlocutors who speak French; - Be registered at COGNIBOX and submit the DD assessment report; - Respond to the human rights questionnaire; - Respond to the ESG questionnaire. Technical criteria: o Level of understanding of Hydro-Quebec's need by the bidder and quality of the approach proposed; o Compliance with the dates in our special clauses (schedule proposed); o Quality of the resources assigned to carrying out the contract (expected performance); o Compliance with technical specifications (Compliance with technical and standardized clauses). Duration in months (excluding options) 36 Further information Bid validity period 90 days from the date of opening of tenders Information Request/Questions Must be sent to the manager at least three working days before the deadline date and time set for the receipt of tenders Hydro-Quebec does not undertake to accept any of the proposals received.
