Completion Date: June 23, 2023 This solicitation has been designated to be awarded to a State of Minnesota Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. ONLY responses received from Contractors that are TG/ED/VO certified through the Department of Administration, Office of Equity in Procurement, will be considered. This project consists of the replacement of existing water heater, unit heater, fire service shut-off valve, and associated ceiling and roofing removal and patching. Site work includes replacement of existing asphalt parking lot, concrete curbs and gutters, concrete sidewalks, associated grading and parking lot lighting as indicated on the Drawings. Prime Contractor Response Form (Response Form), which includes the attachments listed in the project manual table of contents, is posted Electronically. The Response Form must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded with the bid before it can be posted. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor or as a Subcontractor, the work for at least 3 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since September 2017 for construction of exterior asphalt and concrete paving, lighting and mechanical equipment upgrades. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $320,000 or greater.
