Water Sprinkler System at the Grosse Ile Waste Water Treatment Facility For the installment of a water sprinkler system at the Grosse Ile Waste Water Treatment Facility. The successful bidder will be able to supply both equipment and installation of the sprinkler system. Work would include the installation of an intake pump, sprinkler heads in three lots, under driveway boring, and all associated work. The site of the location is Grosse Ile Waste Water Treatment Plant, 24975 West River Road Grosse Ile, MI 48138. All respondents must address all requested criteria in the proposal and meet the Townships legal and insurance requirements to be considered. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in Proposals, and/or to negotiate separately the terms and conditions of all or any part of the Proposals as determined to be in the Townships best interests at its sole discretion even though not the lowest cost. Godwin brand or similar quality brand 1-3 hp intake pump 2. An intake pump high enough off the ground to be safe from flooding 3. A boring instrument to bore and place piping under three (3) driveways 4. A schedule of installation, boring, placement, and antifreeze 5. The unit price of each sprinkler head 6. Six sprinklers on lot one, six sprinklers on lot two, and 12 sprinklers on lot three 7. The ability to add or delete sprinkler units as a request by the Township Manager or Waste Water Treatment Facility. 8. The ability to provide General Liability, Products/Completed operation, and Worker's compensation insurance. Proof of coverage must be provided with the Proposal. 9. The proposal must include the full company name, tax identification number, main office address, and telephone number. 10. Have specific experience in the State of Michigan with similar type projects. Be licensed to operate in the State of Michigan and registered with the Grosse Ile Building Dept. 11. Identification of all companies or entities that are subcontracted or otherwise used to perform this proposal. 12. The bid shall include all permit fees, and pre-restoration costs, including insurance and bonds, exclusive of quoting costs, which are necessary direct costs to the project and are of a general nature. All costs necessary to accomplish the above for an installation ready to use by the Owner shall be included. Final Completion must be prior to April 1st.2023
