In accepting the contract for soap supplier agrees to furnish dispensers and installation services if required, at no additional cost to Grand Valley State University per bid specifications. Supplier must take inventory weekly and place orders for the following building locations on the Allendale Campus: Fieldhouse, Padnos Hall, Kirkhof Center, Mary Idema Pew Library and the P. Douglas Kindschi Hall of Science Building. Vendor will deliver paper products to designated areas in each building. Supply orders for the Grand Rapids Campus will be called in as needed. Please note: GVSU reserves to right to add additional delivery locations as needed. Request for quotation for General Janitorial Supplies & Equipment is for a two (2) year contract. Contract period from January 2, 2023, through January 2, 2025. Grand Valley State University is requesting guaranteed pricing for the length of the above contract period. Grand Valley State University reserves the right to renew contract for two (2) additional years in one (1) year increments.
