The purpose of this Quick Quote solicitation is to contract with one (1) Contractor to clean and repair the metal roof deck on two (2) buildings located at Haynesville Correctional Center Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), State Route 650, Barnesfield Road, Haynesville, VA 22472. Bidders must verify the square footage and access to the buildings. Any bidder who has visited the job site to inspect the full scope of work to be completed and confirmed by DOC will not be required to attend. Due to the importance of all bidders having a clear understanding of the specifications/scope of work and requirements of this solicitation, attendance at this Mandatory Site-Visit will be a prerequisite for submitting a bid. Bids will only be accepted from those bidders who are represented at the Mandatory Site-Visit. Attendance at a Mandatory SiteVisit will be evidenced by the representative's signature on the attendance roster. It is the bidders' responsibility to ensure that they sign the Mandatory Site-Visit Sign-In Sheet. Bids received from bidders that did not attend a Mandatory Site-Visit will be deemed non-responsive and the bid will not be considered. Bring a copy of the solicitation with you. Any changes resulting from this conference will be issued in a written addendum to the solicitation.
