Bid specifications will also be available on the City of Gatlinburg are through electronically. No bid may be withdrawn for thirty (30) days. Bid shall be sealed in an envelope with the bidder's name, address, the bid opening time and date and the quotation "Fred McMahan Parking Garage Repairs" stated plainly on the outside. The City reserves the right to qualify bidders, to waive any informalities, to reject any and/or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed most favourable and in the best interest of the City. Scope of work: The City of Gatlinburg is requesting qualified bids to repair 13,000 linear feet of expansion joint sealant at the Fred McMahan Parking Garage, located at 556 Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. o Repair 13,000 LF of expansion joint sealant Project Planning Mobilization Coordinate pedestrian and vehicle traffic workflow / phasing with The City of Gatlinburg Clean out joints and prep joint faces via diamond cup grinder and or diamond face crack chaser Clean out joints via compressed air Install backer rod Prime joint faces Install Pecora 301 NS Silicone Sealant Clean up Contractor generated debris and dispose offsite Demobilization
