The Project consists of improvements to the pedestrian access, parking, and community connection along W. Queen St from Mechanic St to the Pendleton Community Center. The construction and modifications consist of the following: a. Clearing and grubbing, civil/site work, etc. b. Installation of new influent lift station and influent gravity line modifications. c. Grating and handrail replacement for primary lagoon effluent structure. d. Electric actuator replacement for effluent control valve. e. Construction of new chlorine contact basin and installation of chlorination/dechlorination equipment. f. Installation of new creek flow measuring instrument. g. Installation of rip rap at outfall structure. h. New automatic transfer switch for existing emergency generator. i. Miscellaneous valving and piping. j. Electrical work and controls.
