Route 10 Sewer Line Extension 4. 3rd and 5th Avenue Storm Sewer Separation Other than the Contact, Patrick Taylor, absolutely no contact regarding this document with the Huntington Sanitary Board Members or other Huntington Sanitary Board Staff will permitted and may be grounds for disqualification. The SOQ shall include: the following: Cover Letter, Experience, Project Team, Project Management and Quality Control, Project Approach and Methodology, History of Similar Projects, and Reputation of the Firm.
