The Park District of Highland Park is accepting sealed bids for the 2023 Heller Nature Center HVAC Replacement Project Questions regarding this bid should be directed to Mitch Carr at 847.579.3105 or mcarr@pdhp.org The Park Board of the Park District of Highland Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids in full or in part, if it shall deem it in the public interest to do so. In submitting a bid, Contractor acknowledges that Contractor must comply with all requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and all other applicable Illinois laws The Park District of Highland Park is seeking sealed bids for the following scope of work: Replacement of Heating Ventilation and Air Condition (HVAC) Package Roof Top Units (RTU's) for Heller Nature Center, Highland Park, Illinois. The scope of work includes all necessary workmanship to satisfactorily complete the work as required by the contractdocuments. Work can commence as soon as project materials are available. Due to lead times for the materials the Park District of Highland Park is anticipating a late spring 2023 installation Replacement of the 3 RTU listed below, with Carrier units, to include installation labor, crane, replacing 3 disconnects on RTU's, new duct transitions and curb adapters as needed. These units must be electric heat units. o Unit 1 - Carrier Model # 50GX-024--5X1, Serial #3703G31168 o Unit 2 - Carrier Model #50TFF005-A-511, Serial #1903G20128 o Unit 3 - Carrier Model #50TFF008---511--, Serial #1902G11868
