Site work for a mixed-use development in Haslet, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference may be scheduled by the ENGINEER no later than 10-days prior to the date of the scheduled bid opening. Attendance at the prebid conference is not required for a bid to be submitted to the OWNER for the project. The project generally consists of constructing approximately 1,700 SY concrete tennis court slab with fencing, lighting, site grading and drainage improvements. An electronic copy of the construction plans, contract documents and specifications may be obtained free of charge from the Belcheff The City reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. The successful bidder shall (when requested) demonstrate adequate and substantial documented experience in the construction disciplines necessary for constructing the project. Appropriate instructions and bidder experience requirements are described elsewhere in the bound contractual documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check of the bidder, or a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Notice to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening.
