The Site Representative will represent BC Housing in a highly visible and important component of property management services and will be responsible for the provision of designated services to tenants and the day to day operations of the premises including all aspects of interior and exterior maintenance. The Site Representative and their employees and/or approved contractors will have the necessary interpersonal skills to communicate tactfully and effectively with the tenants in order to maintain positive client relations. Ideally, the Site Representative will have a minimum of two years Property Management experience. TIMELINE: BC Housing Management Commission (BC Housing) invites prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Site Representative Services at Copper Vista, located in Greenwood, BC. ***All Proponents who would like to attend the Site Meeting must complete the Site Meeting Confirmation Form (Appendix H) and email it to croepcke@bchousing.org no later than Friday, November 4, 2022 @ 2:00 p.m.*** *** All Proponents attending the site meeting are required to wear a mask.
