The Project Consists of Construction of a Concrete Block Firewall in a Hangar at Albertus Airport. All Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Bank Check, Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond Payable to the Owner for Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount of Bid. A Pre-bid Conference Will Not Be Held for This Project. Questions Can Be Emailed to the Engineer Until Seven (7) Days, by End of Business, Prior to Bid. All Questions Received After the Date and Time Noted Will Not Be Answered. Only Written Responses Will Be Considered Approved for Project Information. Attention is Called to the Fact That Not Less Than the Minimum Salaries and Wages as Set for in the Contract Documents Must Be Paid on This Project, and That the Contractor Must Ensure That Employees and Applicants for Employment Are Not Discriminated Against Because of Their Race, Color, Religion, Sex, or National Origin. The City of Freeport Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Any Informalities in the Biddings. Bids May Be Held by the City of Freeport for a Period Not to Exceed 90 Days From the Date of the Opening of Bids for the Purpose of Reviewing the Bids.
