Scope of Work. This section identifies your proposed work plan to achieve the goals and objectives. The work plan should clearly identify major tasks, the objective of each task, the subtasks needed to accomplish the work and the expected deliverable for each task. Tasks should be arranged in logical fashion to demonstrate how the work would proceed.
a. A detailed explanation of Proposer's approach to the work and the techniques the Proposer expects to use. This should include an explanation of any modifications of the work items and scope of work presented in Exhibit C of this RFQ.
b. Describe how you would propose to use CITY personnel, if at all, to assist you during the project;
c. Please provide any additional information about Proposer's project approach that would be beneficial to the selection committee.
d. Provide a statement describing the capability to complete all phases of the Project within the project schedule. From qualified persons to provide engineering services for the City of Roseburg's Five-Year Water Distribution Main Replacement Program. If mutually agreed upon by both parties the contract may be renewed twice for an additional two years each for a total of nine years. No oral clarification will be binding on the City. The City will be bound only by this RFQ and any written addendum issued hereunder. The City reserves the right to reject any and all SOQs received as a result of this RFQ, to waive any irregularities and to accept the SOQ deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Preparation and submission of a SOQ is at the proposer's sole risk and expense. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
