Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional Bids. Discrepancies between words and figures will be resolved in favor of words. Discrepancies between the indicated sum of any column of figures and the correct sum thereof will be resolved in favor of the correct sum. The Bidder shall provide services consisting of grass mowing, trimming, hard-surface sweeping of mowing debris, spraying for weeds, some flower bed maintenance and annual bush trimmings for various Queen Anne's County properties. All work on this contract will be performed in accordance with the items listed in this ITB. The contract shall be binding for three (3) Years, with one 1-year renewal option at the rate of the 2025 season. The contracted service consists of grass mowing, trimming, and hard-surface sweeping of mowing debris, spraying for weeds, some flower bed maintenance and annual bush trimmings for various County properties. This is a three (3) year contract beginning January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025, with a one year renewal option. All work on this contract will be performed in accordance with the following conditions and/or requirements.
