GRAVEL to be used by the Caldwell Parish Police Jury for the year 2023. To be picked up by the Road Maintenance Department. Bids will be figured on each grade respectively, on truck load measurement, showing price per cubic yard and per ton on items called for. Yards and tons to be measured on a truck load basis. Base Course - #57 $_______________________ Crushed Stone- #610 $_______________________ To be stockpiled at Parish Barn in Caldwell Parish on an as-needed basis. Bids will be figured on each grade respectively on truck load measurement, showing price per cubic yard and per ton on items called for. Yards and tons to be measured on truck load basis. Maintenance $_______________________ Grade 1 $_______________________ Pitrun Grade "A" $_______________________ (Pitrun gravel with P1 of 10% or less) SB2/ White Rock $________________________ All grades must meet Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development specifications for each grade respectively. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a $1500 performance bond before contract award, and make sure of truck body measurements. The Police Jury reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause in accordance with the State of Louisiana Public Bid Law, and shall reject any Bid in any way incomplete or irregular. No bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
