Furnish and install new high-volume, low-speed (HVLS) fans. Furnish and install new electric infrared heaters. Disconnect existing entrance gate operator and remove underground feeder back to closest handhole. Provide new underground feeder and conduit for existing entrance gate operator new circuit. Provide handholes as required. Disconnect and remove existing panel P3A. Install new 300A,3P breaker for new panel P3A replacement at existing MDP1. Provide new underground feeder and conduit from MDP1 to Bldg #3 panel P3A replacement. Install new panel P3A. Relocate existing panel P3A loads to new panel replacement. Demolish existing exhaust fans electrical wiring back to source. Reuse existing conduits and provide new wiring for exhaust fans replacements. Provide new electrical wiring and conduit for new high-volume, low-speed (HVLS) fans. Provide circuit breaker at panel P3A as shown on plans.
