Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a stadium in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a 4,100-square-foot stadium; for the demolition of a stadium; for the renovation of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

Contract 1 - General Construction Contract 2 - Plumbing Construction Contract 3 - HVAC Construction Contract 4 - Electrical Construction Sealed bids for the Alterations to the Altoona Curve Stadium The Project includes an approximate 4,100 square feet locker room addition, renovations to adjacent areas, and includes HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, electrical construction in these areas. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Architect will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Prospective Bidders are advised that this project shall be subject to and governed by provision of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders shall prepare their bid after giving consideration to the applicability of said Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act to the work involved. Furthermore, this Project is being financed in part by a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) grant and Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development grant, and shall be subject to the requirements of each of those programs. Work shall be started on the project no later than ten (10) days after the Notice to Proceed is issued by the Owner or on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The work shall be completed, ready for use, on or before March 24, 2023. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities, defects, errors, omissions, mistakes or irregularities in proposals, to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof and to make awards as may be deemed in its best interest. The Project Manual and Drawings for bidding purposes may be obtained by the contractors at the office of the Architect, McKissick Kasun Architects, Inc., 412 Allegheny Street, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648; Phone 814.695.3216; Fax 814.695.4645; Email Info@McKissickAssociates.com on or after October 6, 2022. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm and must obtain Copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office
