Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Blue Springs, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Blue Springs Parks 8 Recreation Department requesting proposals for the construction of site prep, footing for prefabricated restroom buildings, utilities to site and site restoration at Wilbur Young Park and Blue Springs Park. The attached drawings will provide the basis of the bid for each facility. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. The Facility will be built on City owned property located at Wilbur Young Park, 1100 SE Adams Dairy Parkway, Blue Springs, MO 64014. And Blue Springs Park, 2204 SW South Ave., Blue Springs, MO. Facility layout should follow the Olsson Footing Design included as Exhibit A and any soil requirements outlined in the Geotechnical Report Exhibit B (use the Geotechnical report for soil conditions only, the building specs do not apply in section 6 which has been omitted). It is understood that the actual building area could be adjusted, based upon the recommendations of the contractor and with staff approval following the opening of proposals.
