Notice is hereby given that Philadelphia Gas Works ("PGW") will receive sealed proposals for a National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) Level 3 Certified Coating Inspector and an American Petroleum Institute (API) 570 Piping Inspector to perform on-site independent third-party coating and piping inspection services on various Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) storage tanks, miscellaneous metal structures, and pipelines during ongoing coating rehabilitation work by other contractors. This document outlines PGW's objectives, describes the general characteristics of the services to be provided, and (without being exhaustive) outlines the principal obligations of PGW and the selected Proposer. These dates are estimates only and PGW reserves the right to alter this schedule as it deems necessary or appropriate. The contract between PGW and the successful Proposer will be for two-years with an option for two one-year renewals.
