This Request for Tenders ("RFT") is an invitation to prospective Bidders to submit Tenders to supply all labour, and equipment necessary, including bedding, backfilling, hauling , storing, and disposal of surplus material necessary to complete emergency repairs work to Town's water distribution and sewer systems, as further described in Part 2 - The Requirements, Deliverables and the Scope of Work ("the Deliverables"). It is the intent of the Town of Aurora (the "Town") to select a contractor to supply the labour, and equipment necessary for repairs of the Town's water distribution and sewer systems, on an as needed basis. Works shall include but not be limited to watermain breaks, sewage main breaks, curb stop repairs, water and sewer service repairs, fire hydrant and secondary valve repairs, and mainline valve repairs. The term of the Contract shall be from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2027. The Town, in its sole discretion reserves the right to renew the Contract for a further two (2) one (1) year periods under the terms and conditions set out herein.
