Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The work to be done under this contract consists of the removal, disposal, and replacement of the existing rooftop HVAC ductwork associated with the Makeup-AirUnits (MAUs) located at 2350 Market Street. Replacement ductwork and insulation shall be furnished and installed in accordance with the technical specifications and shall include all necessary caulking/joint sealing material. All existing duct supports shall be reused. The work shall also include temporary removal, storage, and reinstallation of the existing bipolar ionization system currently installed within the supply ductwork. Associated control panels, switches, conduits, and access doors shall be reinstalled in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, and startup field services shall be included for final inspection and approval indicating a proper installation. To minimize impact to District staff, all required shutdowns shall be limited to nonstandard working hours (weekends or evenings after 5pm). No more than two (2) MAUs can be taken out of service at a time. If the work associated with a shutdown cannot be completed prior to the start of a new workday, temporary duct shall be provided by the Contractor to allow all four (4) MAUs to be available for the duration of the District's standard workday. Work is bid as a Lump Sum. Final payment at the lump sum bid price shall include all tools, labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work. All work performed shall be in accordance with "Standard Construction Specifications of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District " dated 2009, except as modified herein, and the attached Project Technical Specifications, including site exhibit (Attachment A - Roofing Plan).
