Valley Regional Transit (VRT) is requesting proposals for Elevator Maintenance, Repair, and Inspection Services for Main Street Station. This will be federally funded and require compliance with federal regulations. Questions Due: October 27, 2022 @ 4 p.m. Mountain Time Offeror shall provide Elevator Maintenance, Repair, and Inspection Services for Main Street Station on an as-needed basis as described herein for an initial term of three (3) years commencing on December 1, 2022, and expiring on November 10, 2025, with an option to renew upon mutual agreement of both parties under the same terms and condition for additional two (2) one-year terms.
