The scope of the contract as well as the specifications are presented in section 2 of the call for tenders document. Location maps are also available in Annexes 7 and 8. The tender allows service providers to bid on one or two lots for a maximum of one price quote per lot. The price submitted must represent the price for the entire snow removal season (not a price for each trip) This contract begins upon signature and ends on May 30, 2023 . The work covered by this contract will take place from the signing of the contract until May 15, 2023 at the latest . The tender must be presented by a service provider having, in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement , an establishment where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours. The Minister particularly draws your attention to clauses 3.14 and 3.15 of the call for tenders document which indicate the conditions of eligibility of service providers to tender and compliance of tenders to be respected within the framework of this call for tenders. .
