Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a civil project in Loudon, Tennessee. Working plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The Project consists of the following major elements: pre-construction consultation and construction of new additions and modifications to the existing water treatment plant facilities including: raw water pump station upgrades, rehabilitation of existing flocculation basins, sedimentation basins, and filters, construction of new flocculation basins, sedimentation basins, and filters, high service pump upgrades, two new chemical storage and feed facilities, a new administrative area, and all associated site, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and control work. Loudon Utilities will in no way be liable for any costs incurred by any Proposer in the preparation of its Proposal in response to this Request for Proposal. Loudon Utilities reserves the right to reject all Proposals and to waive irregularities and informalities. Any Proposer that contacts any of Loudon Utilities' elected officials or staff, or Loudon Utilities' consultant, Barge Design Solutions, Inc., (except as allowed under Article 2.03 of the Request for Proposal) directly or indirectly after the date of issue of this invitation for the purpose of influencing the selection process prior to award shall be immediately disqualified and removed from consideration.
