The City of Hialeah ("City") has issued this Invitation to Bid ("ITB" or "Solicitation") for the purpose of obtaining bids to establish two contracts, a primary and secondary contract, to supply all labor, equipment and materials to maintain designated right-of-ways and/or properties within City limits. The term of this contract shall be for a period of twelve (12) months or ending on September 30th, whichever occurs first. The City reserves the right to renew this contract thirty (30) days prior to expiration for four (4) additional one (1) year periods based on the contractor's acceptable level of performance and approved funding. The City of Hialeah in the spirit of continuous improvement and cost management has partnered with electronically Florida Purchasing Group to post Requests for bid opportunities. The City of Hialeah continuously strives to receive the best value for the goods and services purchased for the City's needs. The Florida Bid System delivers convenient, centralized online access to bid opportunities, reducing paperwork and making it easier for vendors to do business with the City of Hialeah. This system provides instant access to Bids, RFPs, Qualifications, Quotes, Addendum, and Award information. Last Date for Receipt of Written Questions: Tuesday, November 1, 2022 2:00 PM All communications concerning this Solicitation should be directed to the City's Purchasing Manager. Potential Bidders and their agents and employees shall not contact the Mayor, any member of the City Council, or any member of the City staff, except the Purchasing Manager, to discuss this Solicitation. Imposition of a cone of silence on this Invitation to Bid shall not preclude purchasing staff from obtaining industry comment or performing market research provided all communications related thereto with a potential offeror, service provider, Bidder, lobbyist, or consultant are in writing or are made at a duly noticed public meeting. All communications concerning this Solicitation should be directed to the City's Purchasing Manager.
