University Park Library Restroom Renovations Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all operations necessary for construction of: The City of Jacksonville (City) is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced Contractor(s) for renovations of the men's and women's restrooms at the University Park Public library at 3435 University Park Blvd. N. Jacksonville Fl. At least one public bathroom must be kept functional at all times in the library while the renovation is under way. Full demolition including removing fixtures, mirrors, light fixtures, sheetrock down to studs on wall, tile floor down to slab, and door and steel frames. Restoration including replacement of all sheetrock on walls using "green board", installing new wall tiles and flooring, installing new light fixtures and switches, patching, sanding, priming, and painting. Plumbing including relocation of water fountain outside of restroom which will require a new supply line ran to the new location and a drain line trenched under the bathroom floor to connect to existing water line. Install protective material over all interior floor surfaces that may be damaged by workers or material during construction. Provide daily cleanup in all working areas at construction locations. The waste construction materials from demolition and construction operations shall be properly disposed of daily of in a waste container placed outside and provided by the contractor. Location to be designated after award of contract and removed when full. The contractor shall include all work and materials for installation.
