The project is expected to be awarded next month** For construction of a 2,400 sq. ft. remodel of existing classrooms to a public Day Care Facility, located within the St. John Evangelist Church at 325 S. Pine Street in Ishpeming, Michigan. Project Description: Type II-B construction, including site modifications, concrete stair and ramp with sidewalks, interior and exterior wall construction, light commercial duty fixtures, floor & wall finishes, and casework. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. Bidders may be required to submit qualifications for approval to support their bid. Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 90 days after submission. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
